My first reaction when reading something like this is anger. How dare you use my experience (as a bisexual woman) in an attempt to invalidate someone else’s experience?

My second reaction is sadness. Who hurt you?

However, your pain is not an excuse to lash out at the innocent. Transgender men and women just want to be left alone to live in peace. Why the hell can’t you allow them that?
