I saw something a bit ago on tv (I think it was on Big Brother) where one person called another a racist, and the person called a racist made herself out to be a victim, crying and carrying on about how mean the other girl was to call her such an insult. I just gaped at my screen in disbelief. “Racist” is NOT an insult.

If I call you a racist, you feel bad. You know it’s wrong to be a racist. You learned in kindergarten that it’s bad to be mean to people because their skin color is different from yours.
